About Me.
I am a driven and passionate individual who is always learning and growing. I majored in Public Relations at the Klein School of Media and Communication at Temple University. Before Temple I had extensive experience as a hairstylist who built a large book of clients and worked my way up through the industry. My experience has taught me the importance of working as a member of a team, managing my time efficiently and continuously honing my craft and it has shaped me into the hard-working person I am today.

My recent experience in Public Relations has been working as a marketing manager for a technology company named Kokua Technologies. At Kokua I was able to research and present my ideas for different types of marketing and brand recognition programs. I investigated the use of chatbots for the company and contacted leading businesses who provide such services. I was able to spearhead the, “Surf Like a Girl,” campaign in which we targeted women in business who are underrepresented as well as those who may have a fear of technology or struggle with its use. It was an inspiring experience in which I learned many things and was able to get a taste of working in the industry.

One of my strengths is building and maintaining relationships. Public Relations is fundamentally about fostering positive relationships between organizations and their various constituencies including customers, stakeholders, investors, and the broader community. I also value trust and transparency. Building and promoting trust between organizations and their stakeholders by communicating accurate and reliable information and acting with integrity and honesty is one of my core values.
